John Redwood MP was the guest of honour at the opening of the new premises of M2M Pharmaceuticals, a growing small business undertaking contract scientific research.
The event on Thursday 1 December celebrated the progress of M2M Pharmaceuticals over the last 7 years. In this time they have expanded from a 150 Sq. Ft facility and 1 employee to a 2,600 Sq. Ft space and 7 employees.
Now based on Wharfedale Road in Winnersh Triangle, M2M is a contract research organisation who provide services for a fee. Their key selling point is that they deliver quality science on time and their science is around understanding microparticles which are often used to treat asthma and/or other respiratory diseases. Their services help clients develop better, faster and more economical medicines.
John addressed those attending the opening, praised M2M for their work and growth so far, and he said: "I wish Dr Mridul Majumder and his team success in developing new clients and new ideas that will help in the fight against disease."
